Shipping policy

Our lampshades are all made to order so please allow 10 working days for orders to be despatched.  This may be longer in particularly busy times but we will keep you informed along the way.

Our lampshades are carefully packed and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 in the UK

For overseas orders shipping is calculated at checkout and will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Parcel Force Worldwide which usually takes 5 to 7 working days.   If you are ordering more than one item please contact us as we may be able to combine into one package.  Please note that orders outside the UK may incur import duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid on receipt.   The USA import tariffs which were effective from 29 August 2025 will be paid by Leaping Water on despatch.
