Refund policy

As our lampshades are made to order we do not accept returns or give refunds unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit.  However, we are always here to help and so if you have any queries please contact us.  Any returns which are made will be at the expense of the customer and should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging.
